Customer Service Representative
The Bug Man is seeking an ambitious, result-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Applicant should have demonstrated and proven skills in customer service and a teamwork mentality.
If you are skilled at customer service and an organized individual, we want you to join The Bug Man. As our customer service representative, you will work closely with over thirty technicians as well as our loyal customers. You’ll use your phone skills as well as your organizational & interpersonal skills, to support our team and our customers on a daily basis.
Experience We Would Like To See:
- Comfortable with technology
- Persistent and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow with a team and is coachable
- Engaging personality
- Customer service experience
- Works well with other office team members
Job Details:
- Managing incoming calls and handling customer needs
- Route scheduling & assistance for over 30 technicians and managers
- Document upkeep
- Collection calls to customers with a balance due
- Phone sales to upsell or start new services for customer
- Commission is paid on any new sales
- 401k available with matching

- Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
