Customer Service Representative
The Bug Man is seeking an ambitious, result-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
If you have an interest in a fast paced environment with room for growth, we want you to join The Bug Man. As an inside sales customer service representative, you will work closely our sales team, technicians, and department managers as well as our loyal customers. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to support our team and customers on a daily basis.

Job Details:
- Contact current customers as part of a strategy to upsell services.
- Schedule on-site consultations for the sales team for potential clients to assess their needs. Provide recommendations and solutions tailored to their specific issues.
- Maintain detailed notes on customer accounts during outreach and conversations.
- Answer the phone: Explain the benefits of the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service, address concerns or issues promptly, and follow up. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing or recurring pest control needs.
- Work hand in hand with the service team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service. Develop strong relationships with the service team for a collaborative effort to ensure expectations are set and met. Develop strong relationships with the admin team. Develop strong relationships with the sales team.
- Complete administrative duties such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and submitting reports as required by the company.
- Adhere to all sales systems and processes set by the company and sales manager.
- Meet sales targets and quotas established by the company. Report sales activities and progress to management.
- Must pass Louisiana Department of Agriculture state technician test.
